Standard Chartered sponsors Liverpool Football Club

Standard Chartered has signed a 4 years deal to become new lead sponsors of Liverpool Football Club who is known as big four in the English Premier League or also known as BPL. The Standard Chartered logo will be emblazoned across the front of every Liverpool jersey & t-shirt. It is believed that the sponsorship will starts 1st July 2010.

The reason that Standard Chartered chose to sponsor Liverpool is mainly due to the strong heritage and values which they shared together. On top of that, Liverpool is one of the successful English football club and soccer as one of the popular sport (most popular perhaps).

May this intiative by Standard Chartered will enable Liverpool in Malaysia to cheer their favorite team here in Malaysia during the Asia Tour.. not as present, which tey have to go either Singapore or Thailand to see their favorite team… Bravo Standard Chartered.
