Affin Bank, Standard Chartered & Ambank Group Lower Their BLR

3 more banks have decided to reduce their Based Lending Rate after the Bank Negara’s revised Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) to 2.5%.

Affin Bank Group has reduced Base Lending Rate (BLR) and Base Financing Rate (BFR) from 6.55% to 5.9%.

Standard Chartered Bank Group meanwhile has reduced its BLR & BFR from 6.5% to 5.95%.

Lastly, Ambank Group will reduced its BLR from 6.55% to 6% effective Feb 10.

Now we can enjoy lesser interest charged when we make loans. Thanks.
